The PRAYER WARRIORS of the HOLY SOULS (PWHS), an apostolate of the Monfort Foundation, Inc., assists the faithful in offering Gregorian Masses (GM) for the dear departed, in collaboration with religious communities. The GM Masses are said once per day for 30 consecutive days. They can only be said for one person at a time who is in Purgatory. If the blessed soul is already in Heaven, the indulgences may be applied to another needy soul according to God’s infinite mercy.
The apostolate also assists for Nine-Day Masses and Single Mass for both living and the deceased.
There is an added PWHS feature on Mass requests, where one may have an e-Mass card for living and deceased individuals, which can easily be forwarded electronically to someone or to the bereaved family to let them know that they are being prayed for during Mass.
