Sacred Heart of Jesus, grant me the grace to live always according to your will, in my moments of joy as well as in moments of pain, Grant that I be always ready for the last hour; give me the courage to entrust to you everything, including my life for the love of you.
Oh Jesus, by your holy and painful Passion, grant that your coming at the hour of my death may find me awake like the faithful servant – with true repentance, – with the graces of a good confession and of the Last Sacraments.
Oh Lord, be with me in my last battle against Satan. Let your Mother, the Mother of Mercy, with St. Michael and the angels, assist me and protect me against all temptations as I leave this world.
