Dear PWHS members and friends,
We would like to share with you the Memorandum on honouring the Holy Souls sent by His Excellency Most Rev. Ramón C. Arguelles, DD, Archbishop of Lipa, to the flock of his Archdiocese.
We hope and pray that more Bishops will endorse to their respective Dioceses the Season of Remembrance activities initiated by the apostolate for the plight of the Holy Souls.
